evosoft strengthens university partnerships through PhD programmes
evosoft is committed to building strong ties with university, as demonstrated by its active participation in cooperative PhD programmes with several universities. These collaborations bridge industry and academia, unlocking scientific potential and fostering innovation.
Recently, two evosoft PhD students, Dániel Ferenczi and Azár Attila Vámos, took part in the Erlangen Young Researchers’ Forum (YRF). They presented their research topics in the form of an elevator pitch. They later shared their detailed research results during a poster session.
The research topics were as follows:
Dániel Ferenczi: Simplifying IoT development with Erlang
Erlang helps building distributed, concurrent, fault-tolerant systems. We explore how Erlang’s features hold on embedded systems.
Azár Attila Vámos: Long-term testing of PLC
The goal is to improve mean time between failures (MTBF) characteristics in industrial automation systems with the support of artificial intelligence.
The event provided an excellent platform for networking, enabling researchers to exchange ideas and explore future collaborations. These connections may lead to joint scientific achievements, reinforcing evosoft’s role in advancing technology through academic partnerships.
