evosoft was part of the HRBest 2025 award-winning program – Professional volunteering for the development of the civil sector
We are delighted to share that the professional volunteering program coordinated by SIMPACT - in which evosoft actively participated - has won the HRBest 2025 award in the “Future Builders” category! The initiative aims to leverage the professional expertise of the corporate sector to support the growth of civil organizations—and we were proud to play a role in this mission.
As part of the program, evosoft colleagues acted as professional volunteers between March and June, holding weekly consultations with representatives of the civil organizations assigned to them. The support focused on three key areas: digital document management, resource management, and cash flow planning. Our colleagues used their professional experience to help these organizations operate more efficiently in these fields.
This award is not tied to a single company but represents a true community success—one that evosoft was thrilled to be part of. We are proud to have contributed to an initiative that earned national recognition and creates real social value. For us, participating in this program is not only important from a CSR perspective but also valuable for strengthening a growth mindset: it gives our colleagues the opportunity to gain new perspectives, develop their skills, and enrich our corporate culture.
This collaboration also sets a new direction for us: in the future, we aim to integrate our professional expertise even more into CSR activities, going beyond traditional volunteering programs. The SIMPACT model is an excellent example of how this can be done in a structured, effective, and socially beneficial way.
