Professional, Innovation, and Community Excellence – all are important to us at evosoft.
This year, we once again recognized colleagues and teams who have achieved outstanding results in their professional fields, contributed to innovation, and, alongside their daily work, helped strengthen the evosoft community. They are our success stories, and we are truly proud of them.
Just as in previous years, we gathered impressions, experiences, stories, feelings and thoughts that have been guiding us on our way to define core corporate values for evosoft.
evosoft has an annual tradition of awarding The Employee of the Year, The Team of the Year, The Innovator of the Year, and The Community of the Year awards. The awards are given to colleagues who have excelled beyond their peers in their professional roles, contributed to and built the evosoft community, or have made a lasting impact in the field of innovation that inspires others.
Thanks to their enduring efforts, they contribute a great deal to the smart intertwining of the very bits and pieces of evosoft’s extensive portfolio as well as to the integration of state-of-the-art technologies in our day-to-day operation. By showcasing these valuable assets, we wish to reflect on the fact that the mindset they have in common, particularly the concept of continuous learning has excellent prestige in our organisational culture.

Innovator of the Year 2025
This year one of the recipients of evosoft’s “Community Award” is the Facility Management (FM) team. The team’s mission is to oversee and manage all tasks related to evosoft’s office buildings in their daily work. They approach all three of our sites with the mindset of a best owner, recognizing that regardless of job role, we all spend a lot of time there. For them, evosoft colleagues are the most important clients: beyond delivering high-quality services, they strive to ensure that we work in a comfortable, inspiring, and increasingly sustainable environment
evosoft Community Award 2025 - Facility Management Team
This year, the evosoft Community Award is shared between a team and an individual colleague, Attila Majoros. At evosoft, Attila’s name has become synonymous with concepts such as innovation, professional community building, inspiring young talents, nurturing university relations, and tackling diverse engineering challenges. There is hardly a professional programme – whether established or newly launched – that does not bear his involvement. Moreover, Attila often serves as the originator, driving force, or organizer behind many such initiatives.
