We're proud that evosoft was part of this success
The Siemens Global Gender Equity Program has received recognition. evosoft played a role in this success.
The program was awarded in the “People” category of the Werner von Siemens Award. This honor acknowledges Siemens’ long-term, consistent, and conscious efforts to build a fairer, more equitable, and inclusive corporate culture.
The goal of the Gender Equity Program (GEP) is to break down invisible barriers that may hinder talent from flourishing, and to create an environment where everyone - regardless of gender - has equal opportunities to grow and succeed. The program’s success is not only reflected in numbers, but also in culture: in how we think about future talent, how we open up to new perspectives, and how we ensure fair and transparent opportunities for all our colleagues.
At evosoft, we have actively contributed to this success. We believe in this cause, because we are convinced that true equality and diversity make evosoft more innovative, open, and sustainable in the long run.
We are proud that the award, which symbolizes the recognition of the program’s achievements, will be hosted this summer in Budapest, at the Univerzum building.
This recognition is a shared success with our colleagues, as each of us contributes to making evosoft a fairer, more inclusive workplace that creates opportunities for all!
