The most exceptional female role models in the IT profession were honoured at an awards ceremony on March 20th, where our Head of Department, Tünde Balogh, was presented with the award in the "Inspiring Senior Leader" category.

The IVSZ - ICT Association of Hungary and Women in Technology Hungary Association (WiTH) are setting an example for young people through their representation of female professionals. Through her dedication, she has contributed significantly to the development of the areas under her management and played a prominent role in the agile transformation of our projects. She possesses exceptional presentation skills and has delivered numerous memorable presentations at both internal forums and external events. As part of her mission to bolster the representation of women in IT, she established the "Women in IT" community within the company in 2017. Since its inception, the community has thrived, empowering more and more of our female colleagues to confidently pursue prominent professional and managerial positions.

Offering and recognizing female role models can inspire young women to pursue careers in traditionally male-dominated sectors, such as IT and the digital economy. This not only showcases the allure of the field but also acknowledges the merits and achievements of women in this age group. At evosoft, we firmly believe that women's participation serves as an inspiration to the industry. We recognize that their contributions significantly enhance our performance and competitiveness, thereby fostering economic and social development.
