Amazing! Double win at Siemens FT’s innovation award
A huge achievement! Two of our AI-based innovation ideas and initiatives won awards in Siemens FT’s competition.
More than 270 ideas from 10 countries around the world were submitted to the Siemens Foundational Technologies Development Transformation Award 2025. Only 10 initiatives made it to the finals, where the very best were recognized across three categories: Faster, Stronger, Higher.
evosoft had two entries selected among the finalists, and both programs shared first place in the Faster Innovation category.

LocalAI Framework: accelerating Siemens’ ONE Tech Company vision with on-premises intelligence
The LocalAI Framework is an on-premises AI ecosystem that enables Siemens and its customers to process and query documents using AI, run and fine-tune LLMs – all without the cloud, in a cost-effective and data-sovereign way. The innovation, developed by our colleagues, supports Siemens’ ONE Tech Company vision and elevates enterprise intelligence to a new level.
FT D GenAI Journey: enabling our people to shape the future with Generative AI
This initiative aims to empower our colleagues to integrate AI into their daily work. It led to the creation of a GenAI community within Siemens FT D, accelerating the adoption of tools like GitHub Copilot, SiemensGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and M365 Copilot. Through GenAI discussions and training sessions, the community also boosted knowledge sharing. The project team actively supports Siemens locations worldwide in embedding these developments into local initiatives – including evosoft’s AI programme.
