March is Women’s Month at evosoft: real stories, inspiring role models
At evosoft every colleague matters. We believe that performance, innovation, and professional excellence are rooted in the well‑being of both body and mind. This shared belief has guided many of our initiatives and is reflected in our communications.
This year we are launching a new, comprehensive communication initiative. In spring we turn our focus to women, followed by a dedicated autumn campaign spotlighting men. Our aim is to inspire one another through meaningful professional and personal stories, and to share everything that offers strength, perspective and motivation.
This spring the focus is on women.
Throughout March, we highlight women’s stories, career journeys and professional role models at evosoft. The aim of the campaign is to strengthen internal engagement, enhance our external visibility, and showcase – through authentic professional stories of women – the values that shape our everyday operations.
The initiative is built on three pillars: presenting inspiring life paths, strengthening women’s professional perspectives and fostering community involvement. We share the stories of colleagues who set an example both personally and professionally – whether their journey is about healing, returning to the world of work or consciously choosing an engineering career.
One of the key elements of the campaign is our internal story‑collecting initiative: Who is the woman who inspires you? Here, we invite colleagues to share the stories of women who inspire them and have made a lasting impact on their personal and professional lives.
We believe that a supportive workplace culture is not limited to campaign periods, but it is an integral part of everyday life at evosoft. Women’s Month gives us a chance to reflect together on what it means to work in technology and engineering as a woman today, and on how we can support one another even better.
