It is crucial that we hear your voice

We have grown significantly over the past decades, which naturally requires us to become more aware of the need to listen to the voices and opinions of our colleagues. 1700+ people can no longer just run into the CEO, the COO, and others. In addition to the opportunities coming from face-to-face meetings, we had to look for new solutions. We have tried many things, and one that worked is the Webcast.

The essence of the Webcast in brief:

It is a quarterly live broadcast, preceded by a 1–2-week period to gather feedback from colleagues. It is now possible to submit topics of interest to our staff anonymously and by name.

In the first half hour of the Webcast, members of the executive management answer the questions having received the most votes, and they answer questions coming live in the second half hour.

Participation in the webcast is voluntary with about 60-65% of our colleagues participating live. The number increases significantly after the webcast since the recording of the webcast is available for co-workers for a few weeks.

You're reading a company blog – we obviously want to look nice, smart and attractive. If you've ever dated in your life, I think you know the situation. :-) But we also trust that our honesty will come through for you - we won't deny it: we have challenges ahead of us, sometimes serious dilemmas. In the case of webcasts, for instance, it is not a simple question of how to keep up the dialogue at our scale. And this process is not always smooth, we are sometimes wrong, we often make mistakes, and, unfortunately, there are often colleagues who ask questions and the anonymity brings out something out of them that perhaps should not be revealed to the world or not like that. Well, it also happens.

By the way, the webcast is ever-evolving and changing - even compared to the video, we've fine-tuned a lot of nuances. Our needs are changing, new ideas are coming, and the Hungarian start-up developing the Quantified tool is a great partner in the game. We've been working with them for many, many years. This tool provides feedback on many of our projects. It does the same with the webcast.
