My self-discovery journey

A successful career starts with self-knowledge. We support you with a 6x6-hour-long soft skill training programme in it, which helps participants gain better self-awareness and thus give guidance in conscious career building: mapping work-related strengths and identifying the appropriate career paths.

evoTalent

This program offers efficient support with planning and executing their individual development to the key employees; furthermore, a “fast lane” in their career development. During the 1-year-long talent development programme, we enable colleagues handled as gifted at evosoft to master skills defined as key competencies in our talent strategy.

The program runs on three streams:

  • soft skill training programmes based on the talent assessment

  • career reflexion team coaching and individual coaching

  • project group coaching and mentoring

Nachwuchskreis (NWK)

An international talent program with evosoft GmbH. The Young Talent Circle (NWK) prepares you to shape your adaptability and effectiveness in your field while being a role model for others. The Young Talent Circle provides cross-functional and international insight into our business, world-class training and personal mentoring – helping you become an expert in your field to inspire yourself and others. Whether a career as a manager, team leader or subject matter expert – the Young Talent Circle helps you develop your potential to the fullest and build an international network.

Leadership succession programme

The future leaders are identified and trained in this programme. This 1-year -long programme helps the successors in preparation for leadership roles via developing their leadership awareness and leadership skills & abilities.

Some interesting topics from the modular training programmes: leadership communication & EQ, leadership roles, ownership approach, change and team management.

Internal trainer community

Are you open to share your knowledge with others? You can take on internal trainer tasks.

Our trainer community as the engine to facilitate the flow of knowledge considers its task to:

  • encourage the development of evosoft's diverse community;

  • facilitate comprehensive knowledge sharing within the organization and;

  • ensure that our common knowledge is up-to-date and accessible to all.
