Growth Pathway via evosoft

Every day is a new chance to improve. At evosoft, we support and encourage our colleagues’s professional and personal development. We believe in the power of the Growth Mindset, and 2023 was the perfect time to come together for an entire day to discuss the best growth practises. We organized evosoft’s first Growth Day event for our colleagues.

On this day, evosoft employees were able to gain insight into various trainings and development opportunities offered by our company. Through personal experiences, they were inspired by special life and career paths. Employees had the chance to participate in exciting workshops and, among other things, listen to an inspiring presentation by the world-class climber Hilda Sterczer.

Growth mindset is not just a slogan for us; it is also our philosophy, emphasizing commitment to individual development and persistence. The operation of our company is deeply permeated by the spirit of the growth mindset or the growth-oriented approach, faithfully reflected in evosoft 5 main brand values: the main focus of our activity is continuous development, characterized by GROWTH and BRAVERY. There was great interest in the first Growth Day. The openness and curiosity were amazing, and how our colleagues demonstrated their commitment to personal and professional development. It was a fantastic experience for us to see how the development-oriented approach and the receptiveness are thriving within the organization.
